GoldenBee Global School was founded on a simple observation: the schools producing genuinely capable adults were the ones that never let any single dimension of a child — marks, screen skills, sport, character — grow at the expense of the others. Under the Rathinam Group, GoldenBee was built to operationalise that observation at scale, across Begur, BTM and Horamavu.

Dr. Madan A. Sendhil is a visionary technocrat and entrepreneur with extensive leadership experience in education and infrastructure development in India. He holds a Ph.D. in Operating Systems, an M.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida, and a B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
As Chairman of the Rathinam Group of Institutions and GoldenBee Global Schools, he is committed to fostering innovation, excellence, and future-ready learning environments. Guided by a vision to achieve the undoable, he continues to inspire and build institutions that create lasting impact.
